“My Chilliwack, My Heritage” Photo Contest
Rules & Entry Form
Contest is open to all amateur photographers. All photos must be taken within Chilliwack between January 1, 2016 and January 31, 2017.
Entry deadline is 5 pm February 3, 2017.
Each photo submitted MUST be accompanied by the contest entry form or will be disqualified.
Up to five entries per photographer may be submitted.
Submissions must be good quality 4” x 6” or 8” x 10” prints (no slides) with an entry form attached to each photo submitted. Framed photos will not be accepted. Please do not write on the back of your photos.
Contestants must own all rights to the works submitted.
Photos submitted will not be returned to the entrant. They will remain with Heritage Chilliwack Society for reproduction and use as per the Photo Release Waiver.
Entries that fail to comply with the Contest Rules will be disqualified.
Waiver: Heritage Chilliwack Society has non- exclusive rights to use, display and publish the photographs on their website or in publications in conjunction with this contest.
Heritage Chilliwack Society also may in the future use the photographs in brochures, websites, in magazines and for other marketing and promotional uses. Photographs also may be shared with the media.

A parent or guardian’s signature is required for those under the age of majority.
